Shabu-shabu course

Our shabu-shabu course features two types of brand pork: "Rindo Pork" from Kumamoto Prefecture and "Kirishima Kurobuta" from Miyazaki Prefecture.You can enjoy shabu-shabu with your favorite flavor of soup stock from a total of six types, such as "Spicy Tomato Sauce" made with red wine and "Beautiful Skin Soup" made with black sesame and collagen. You can also increase the amount of meat or change the number of dishes according to your budget!

Omelette rice

Our omelet rice comes with two types of sauce to choose from: demi-glace sauce or green curry sauce. The demi-glace sauce in particular is a rich, secret recipe that has been added to over the 15 years since we opened.When you put a knife into the fluffy omelette, the soft-boiled egg spills out, and goes perfectly with the ketchup rice! It's very popular with women and children alike.
